What you buy

A Mystalibi game is a set of printable PDF files: host guide, character booklets, clue cards, solution, ballots and name tags. The number of players, length and language are shown on the game page. One-time purchase: no subscription, no later fees.

Price and payment

The price shown is the exact amount you pay, with no shipping costs. Payment is handled by Stripe on the game page; your card details never pass through our servers. Your bank statement shows MYSTALIBI.

Delivery

As soon as payment is confirmed, the download links appear on screen. They work for 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

A Mystalibi game is digital content delivered immediately. Under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you request at payment that delivery begin at once and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This consent is asked for explicitly before payment.

Faulty files

If a file will not open or a download fails, write to contact@mystalibi.com and we will send the file again. Your statutory rights for digital content apply.

Use

The game is for the buyer and their guests, at private parties. You may print it as often as you need. You may not resell it, share it, post it online, or use it for a paid event or professional entertainment without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is first settled amicably where possible; failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.
